Stuba, the leading accommodation-only specialist, has announced record sales figures for the first two weeks of January in the UK, with a 24% increase in sales in the UK and 46% in Ireland, compared to 2023, their previous record-breaking year.  Friday 12th January saw their biggest-ever sales day in their 33-year trading history. 

They have also announced more agents than ever are booking with Stuba, with an additional 76 agents booking in the same period compared to last year in these markets, indicating growing trust and reliance on Stuba’s expertise. 

The destinations showing the biggest growth year on year include Tenerife (+88%), Barcelona (+74%), Las Vegas (+66%), and Abu Dhabi (+61%) in the UK. Whilst Ireland are seeing growth the following destinations: Mallorca (+73%), London (+61%), New York (+53%), and Lanzarote (+54%).

Other destinations seeing double-digit growth include Amalfi Coast, Mallorca, Crete, Corfu, St Lucia, and Jamaica.

Stuba goes on to report that the average length of stay remains static year on year at 3.5 nights, with the average daily rate standing strong at GBP 220 in the UK and in Ireland the average length of stay is 4.5 nights, with the average daily rate static at EUR 190.
